Our Water Heater Maintenance Program is like having a plumber standing by seven days a week.
Instead of paying a huge hourly rate, you can sign up for our arrangement and pay only $1.00 per month. This small fee (added on to your electric bill each month) covers heating elements, pop-off valves, and thermostats, regardless of where you purchased your electric water heater, or how old it is.
A $50 credit to your power bill is available if our contracted licensed plumber determines the element, thermostat or pop-off valve is the problem. A $100 credit is available if our contracted licensed plumber determines the water heater needs to be replaced. Members must call in and request service orders after being enrolled in the program for at least 90 days.
