Office Closing - Memorial Day

This Memorial Day, please join us in taking a moment to remember the heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Today and every day, we celebrate their extraordinary service, commitment, and courage.

Just a reminder, our office is closed today but employees are on call. If you need to make a payment during this time, call 866-488-5011 or visit the website payment portal HERE. If any power outages occur, they can be reported 24-hours a day by calling 877-766-6769 or texting "OUT" to 919-774-4900.

Thank you!

Unclaimed Capital Credits

As a cooperative, our customers are also member-owners. That ownership is reflected through capital credits, which represent your share of the co-op’s margins after operating costs and needed reserves are covered. When the co-op is financially able, the Board of Directors returns those margins to members.

We may not have current contact information for some former or current members, which means you could have unclaimed capital credits waiting for you. Click HERE to see if you are on the list!
